A short library for facilities leaders evaluating continuous thermal monitoring — straight answers, an explainer video, and more resources as they release.

What exactly is CTM365?

CTM365 is a continuous thermal monitoring service for critical electrical infrastructure. It provides 24/7 thermal visibility into the electrical equipment you choose to cover, and notifies your team when conditions start to change in ways that matter.

Is it hardware, software, or a service?

It’s a service that includes the equipment required to deliver continuous monitoring. The value isn’t the hardware — it’s the ongoing coverage and the team behind it.

Does CTM365 replace IR inspection?

No. CTM365 complements your existing inspection practice. IR inspections remain valuable; CTM365 fills the time between them with continuous visibility.

Is it a dashboard product?

Not today. CTM365 is notification-led. When conditions change meaningfully, your team is notified. Analytics live behind the scenes and inform how we engage with you.

What types of facilities does CTM365 fit?

Commercial and mission-critical environments — commercial and industrial facilities, data centers, education campuses, and healthcare. CTM365 is not a residential product and is not currently targeted at multi-family.

Does it work in retrofit environments?

Yes. Most early engagements are retrofit: existing facilities adding a continuous thermal visibility layer to electrical infrastructure that’s already in place.

Can we start with part of our facility?

Yes. Phased coverage is the norm. We recommend starting with the highest-impact electrical assets and extending coverage over time.

Does CTM365 make us NFPA 70B compliant?

CTM365 supports broader reliability and maintenance practices that align with industry guidance such as NFPA 70B-oriented programs. Compliance is a broader organizational effort that usually involves multiple pieces; CTM365 is one part of that wider effort, not a standalone certification.

Will this help with insurance conversations?

It often does. A credible, continuous reliability posture strengthens the story you bring to insurance partners, internal governance, and leadership. We can talk about how other facilities have framed it.

What happens when I contact CTM365?

We schedule a short consultation call. If there’s a fit, we discuss an on-site evaluation. From there, we recommend a scope and a phased approach.

Do you offer a demo?

We don’t run a canned demo at this stage. The conversation that does the work of a demo is the consultation — grounded in your facility, not a generic walkthrough.
